I was recommended a Complete Sleeprrr pillow for a neck and shoulder injury by my Chiropractor Alaine. I’d already got a special memory foam pillow (that was much cheaper) I had to think twice about the cost of the pillow at £65, it was the most expensive pillow I’d ever had. But, wow along with the treatment, the agony I had been in for 5 years went. I have just bought a second one after 6 years…it’s fully adjustable by pulling out foam strips and how you adjust the positioning of it. It is the best £65 I have ever spent. Highly Recommend. Now my husband has one and it helps with his snoring and sleep apnea.

I saw Karen a few weeks ago now after deciding that a lifetime of drinking and smoking too much had to be addressed.
